Richard on the Radio

Updated: Apr 27, 2021

I was very pleased to be interviewed by presenter James Hazell on his BBC Radio Suffolk show in relation to his #fightback2021 campaign to help small businesses in the region recover from the disastrous effects of the Covid-19 pandemic and resulting lockdowns.

We discussed Clear Idea Finance and how this business was started during the pandemic, as so many other businesses have been, either through choice or due to a lack of other options; we also talked about how Clear Idea was established to connect business with finance.

The main point that we're keen to make is that commercial finance is still out there – whether it be through traditional or "alternative" lenders – and we're here to help you navigate the choppy waters to find the best borrowing solution for your needs.

We also discussed the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme (CBILS) and the Bounce Back Loan Scheme (BBLS) introduced by the government, but that's enough from me, you can listen to the full interview here...

If you have a question about something discussed on the show or any other kind of commercial finance enquiry, please get in touch.
